Little Loft is seeking a Creative Director to oversee operations at our Capitol Hill location. We are expanding and are looking for someone to take an active role in managing the Capitol Hill location so it can remain a resource for Hill families.

Must have management skills, experience working with children, an art education background, and the willingness to help grow a business.

Responsibilities include:
Directing summer programs
Supervising staff
Staffing open hours
Prepping art materials
Implementing curriculum
Overseeing a small aftercare program
Maintaining and ordering supplies
Scheduling birthday parties and weekend events

The hours for this position will be determined based on the class structure and scheduled events, 25-30 hours/week, 40+ hours/week during the summer. Monthly planning sessions with owners.
