Little Loft Project: Woodland Valentines

Our favorite holiday is coming up!
Paper+ glue+scissors+hearts+GLITTER+woodland animals= A Little Loft Valentine's Day

We read Foxy In Love by Emma Dodd and decided to make fox themed valentine cards. But, there are so many adorable woodland creatures that make our hearts melt. Why not include them too? Racoons, hedgehogs, snowy owls, deer just to name a few. Oh, and a skunk who says, "Valentine, my life would stink without you!"

I offered precut heart shapes and the artists added their own to make woodland animal-tines.

A vast knowledge of all things woodland, a few glue sticks, construction paper and scissors are all you'll need to make a forest full of heart critters. A dash of glitter on their noses wouldn't hurt. We hope you'll join Little Loft for this Valentine making project (and others) at our upcoming DC workshop. Don't make us say what the skunk says!
